Joshika worked with the Centre for Justice, Law and Society (CJLS) as the Advocacy and Communication Coordinator, wherein she worked with parliamentarians on policy reforms along with conceptualising campaigns on relevant issues around law and marginalisation. At CJLS, her research and writing focused on issues of law and marginalisation, covering the broader themes of gender, sexuality, reproductive rights, and labour rights of ASHA workers. While working with CJLS, she also worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at JGLS and taught subjects like Family Law, Reproductive Justice and Law, and History and Practices of the UN.
Joshika also managed the internship programme at CJLS, while organising monthly activities such as the Scholar Talks and Life after Law Graduation Talks.
