CJLS hosted the annual lecture series, Law, Sexuality and Society - Lecture and Conversation Series in April, titled "Towards Anti-Caste & Anti-Carceral Politics" in February to March 2023. Through this series, CJLS hosted Vqueeram, Sunaina Arya, and Prof. Virginius Xaxa who engaged with abolition and anti-carcerality from lenses of caste, gender, imperialism and intersectionality.
