Natasha worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School and taught clinical courses on Trans Justice and Reproductive Justice. During this time, they co-published the Handbook on the Rights of Transgender and Gender-Diverse Persons in India, the Advocacy Manual on Legal Regulation of Abortion in India, and a factsheet on the POCSO Act and adolescents' access to abortion in India. Her co-authored publication on the right to cohabitation for queer persons is forthcoming.

Natasha received their LL.M. and a Dean's Scholar Prize from Harvard Law School in 2021 and their B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi in 2015.
