Shria Seth (She/They)

Research Fellow, Centre for Justice, Law and Society

Shria is a Research Fellow at CJLS. She graduated from Jindal Global Law School with a degree in law. As a law student, Shria was a Research Assistant at CJLS and worked on matters of sexual health, reproductive rights, anti-carceral politics and disability rights. She is passionate about exploring the law’s role in shaping everyday experiences of oppression and privilege. Her primary interest lies in the theory and practice of human rights as well as equality and anti-discrimination law.

CJLS’s revolutionary approach to driving social change through critical engagement with the law and community-led advocacy has profoundly shaped my own understanding of law and justice. I am excited to be part of the Centre’s brilliant team of passionate individuals who are committed to ensuring access to justice for marginalised groups and individuals.
