Research Fellow and Litigation Associate, Centre for Justice, Law and Society

Tavleen Kaur Saluja is a Research Fellow at CJLS. She graduated from Jindal Global Law School in 2024. As a law student, she has worked as a senior research assistant at the Centre for New Economics Studies, where she led the initiatives Swabhimaan and Visual Storyboards. Her interdisciplinary research explored the intersection of gender, development studies, and social policy, with an emphasis on anthropological methods. Tavleen is particularly passionate about studying the intersections of gendered laws and policymaking.

CJLS is an incredible platform that strives to bridge the gap between Law and Society by conducting research and legal interventions that enable access to justice. I am excited to work with a driven team of committed individuals and to contribute to meaningful policy changes.
